The Talawanda School District is committed to Achieving Excellence Together. To that end, the Department of Human Resources provides students and staff with the tools necessary to accomplish this mission.

Student services include the management of data through the Education Management Information System (EMIS) as well as the facilitation of suspension and expulsion hearings at the district level.

In order to ensure that our employees exceed the local, state, and federal standards and mandates necessary to meet the comprehensive needs of our learning community, Human Resources supervises district compliance in several domains. This includes revision of policies, licensure, and contract negotiations.
